I had some footage transfered from a while back, and most of it was shot at 18 fps. It did look slower than normal. If you plan to transfer to video or another format, I would use 24 fps to be safe, but if your just projecting, use both 18 and 24 to save yourself some time and money. 24 always delivers quality results for the standard.
